Refund policy

Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy – Project Felly

1. Full Refund Cancellation
An order may be canceled with a full refund within 48 hours of payment,
provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

2. Cancellation After 48 Hours (Before Shipping)
Orders canceled more than 48 hours after payment and prior to shipment
will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50 ILS.

3. Returns & Exchanges After Delivery
Swimwear items are considered hygienic-sensitive products.
If the customer has received the product and no longer wishes to keep it
or requests an exchange, a fixed deduction of 100 ILS will apply.

This fee includes:
- Payment processing fees
- Taxes
- Handling and shipping costs

This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances,
even if an exchange or refund is approved as a gesture of goodwill.

4. Size or Style Exchange
At Project Felly, we want every customer to receive the swimwear she dreamed of.
Customers may contact our support team to request an exchange.
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis,
subject to:
- The item being unused and unworn
- Return in original packaging
- Inventory availability
- Sole discretion of the store management

5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Items that have been worn or used
- Damaged or incomplete packaging
- Requests outside the policy timeframes
