Website Terms – Project Felly

1. General
The Project Felly website (hereinafter: “the Website”) operates as an online store for the purchase of swimwear and related products.
2. Use of the Website, including the purchase of products, constitutes full agreement to all the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Website management may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
4. These Terms are written in the feminine form for convenience only and refer to all genders.

2. Eligibility to Make a Purchase
1. Purchases on the Website are permitted for any person over the age of 18 who has a valid payment method.
2. The Website management may cancel an order in the event of:
• Providing incorrect details
• Suspicion of fraud
• Technical malfunction
• An error in price or product description

3. Products on the Website
1. Product images on the Website are for illustration purposes only, and there may be slight differences between the actual product and the images displayed.
2. Responsibility for selecting size, model, and color rests solely with the customer.
3. If an item was ordered that does not fit, customer service may be contacted, and the Website management will examine the possibility of an exchange beyond the letter of the law only, subject to its sole discretion, inventory availability, and return of the product in new, unworn, unused condition and in its original packaging.
4. Nothing stated in this section constitutes a commitment to an exchange.

4. Prices and Payment
1. All prices on the Website include VAT as required by law, unless stated otherwise.
2. The Website management may change prices and promotions at any time.
3. Payment will be made using the payment methods available on the Website only.

5. Supply and Shipping
1. Products will be supplied after payment approval.
2. Delivery time is up to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation, unless stated otherwise.
3. Delays beyond the control of the Website (force majeure, holidays, shipping company delays) do not constitute grounds for compensation.
4. Responsibility for providing accurate shipping details rests solely with the customer.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
1. An order may be canceled with a full refund within 48 hours from the time of payment, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
2. Cancellation after 48 hours and before shipment will incur a cancellation fee of 50 NIS.
3. Swimwear items are considered products with hygienic sensitivity.
4. If the customer has received the product and is not interested in it or requests an exchange, a fixed deduction of 100 NIS will apply, including:
• Clearing fees
• Taxes
• Handling and shipping costs
5. This amount is non-refundable in any case, even if an exchange or refund is approved beyond the letter of the law.
6. An exchange will be considered only if the product is new, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
7. It is important to us that every customer receives the swimwear she dreamed of – therefore, we invite you to contact us, and the request will be reviewed individually, but this does not constitute a commitment to a refund or exchange.

7. Warranty
1. The warranty on the products is limited to manufacturing defects only.
2. There is no warranty for damage resulting from unreasonable use, improper washing, or natural wear and tear.
3. The Website shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage.

8. Website Accessibility
1. The Website makes efforts to comply with the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law.

9. Intellectual Property

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by Israeli law.
Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the courts of Israel.
